This
is my pet Sun Conure. His name is Termite. He is seven years old
and we have had him since he was about nine months old. He is a
wonderful bird. He loves to hide under my shirt and go to sleep. He
talks some. Says "pretty, pretty baby bird". He mostly talks
when his is going to sleep at night. He loves to go camping with us.
Sun Conures can live to be around 30 years old. Sometimes they are
called noisy birds, but Termite is not - only when he sees an animal
outside. He is a better "watchbird" than any dog. He loves
to give kisses and makes the kissing noise.
