Simba
is a teddy bear cream hamster with black ears. He's getting
pretty old for a hamster, but he is still as mischievous as a baby
hamster! He enjoys exploring the house, the back yard, and especially:
under the couch! Simba's trick is to walk up the back of the couch and
crawl down the very back (facing the wall). Then he hides under the
couch. It can take us up to 1/2 an hour to retrieve him!
Simba loves to get his picture taken. He can wait for 15 minutes in
the same pose while I'm setting up the camera. He once 'posed' by
standing to the side to show off his long fur. Hopefully this summer
he will have babies with Jasmine, our Black Bear hamster!
