I
would like to nominate my sweetest friend, Windrose. She is a
short-hair American Golden Agouti Grand Champion guinea pig.
"Windy" to her friends, is two and a half years old. She is
a very special pet. She still attends shows occasionally, but is now
living the life a semi-retired show girl. She comes to the front of
the cage begging for treats, head scratches and the opportunity to
accompany me on short trips around town. In this picture she is
dressed up in an attempt to be selected to accompany me to the weekly
Farmer's Market trip where we buy all our lettuce for our cavy family.
