This
is my favorite sheep, her name is "Lambi". She is a
five years old crossbreed Leicester/Texel sheep. Lambi lives in Sweden
and is the sweetest sheep I ever known. She loves to "talk"
with you and to be handled, and when you call her name she comes
running from the herd.
Lambi is the friendliest sheep I ever come to known. She have a great
charisma, that is hard to explain with words. She's a little bit shy
when its unknown people in the field, so they must bring her favorite
snack Swedish "knackebrod"(crispbread). Her mother died when
she was newborn, and the first weeks Lambi lived in our bathroom,
sleeping under a Yucca plant, drinking milk from a feeding bottle.
Today she lives in a herd with twenty other sheep, and in the springs when
the newborn lambs arrive, she talks with all the newborn lambs, not
just her own. She is really a special and beautiful sheep and I love
her so!
