This
is Mac, my cockatiel. She is the funniest little bird! In this
picture, she is sitting in a place she knows she's not supposed to be.
(Probably why she looks like she's smiling!) Most of the time, she is
very sweet and loving, and only wants to sit on my shoulder and preen
my eyelashes and hair. However, when she gets mad, she can throw
temper tantrums just like a two-year-old child (she screams and
rattles her toys). But even when she gets angry, Mac does not bite.
Usually she calms down when someone gives her a Cheerio. Mac also
knows how to come to me when I call her name. Even though most of my
family says she is spoiled, I wouldn't trade Mac for anything.
