Pig-my
is a very special guinea pig. She is almost never quiet, and
she loves to be petted. I've had her since she was six weeks old. When I
first got her home she couldn't figure out how to drink from her water
bottle. She would bite the metal tube using her bottom teeth to push
in the metal ball. Besides being messy since she got water all over
her chin she would often pull the bottle down and scare herself. After
a few weeks she discovered a better but rather unusual way of getting
water. Now she opens her mouth as wide as possible and sticks her
whole mouth around the metal tube, then she sticks out he tongue to
push the ball in and let the water out. Maybe some day she'll figure
out that licking the ball is even easier. She's not your typical
guinea pig, from the way she drinks her water to the fact that she
likes to chew on paper clips.
