This
is Dali, a baby Camelot Macaw. In this picture, Dali is 45 days
old. Dali is a precious little angel. He is just learning how to
perch, and has just started standing on one foot while napping. Dali
has had a rough life, as short as it has been. He has been in and out
of Angel Memorial Animal Hospital in Boston, almost 50 miles away from
us, for treatment on pneumonia. But Dali is a strong little fighter
and wants nothing more than to get better and grow big and strong and
cause all kinds of trouble around the house. Dali is my little
warrior.
