Nevada
is a rescued bird. This bird had been dropped when two weeks
old and never taken to the vet for treatment. Nevada's left hip was
permanently damaged, which made it difficult, if not impossible to
walk. Despite all the inconveniences this rescued bird has endured, it
became the most affectionate and loving companion. Early in the
morning I am greeted by enthusiastic calls for breakfast before I go
to work. Nestled in my hands, we sit in the evenings watching our
favorite shows together. Nevada is truly a very special pet indeed!
