Tut
is my Green Iguana. He lives in Austin Texas and he is about one
year old. I became acquainted with Iguanas while I was visiting Ecuador
on my journey to see South America. One came up to me in the park of a
coastal village while I was having a bit of lunch. At first I was afraid
but when I looked closer at him I saw this mellow face with a smile on
it. Since then, the gentle giant green lizards have had a special place
in my heart. Tut loves to hang out in the back yard and soak up the sun
in his big pen I built for him. After munching on greens and papayas in
the afternoon he likes to go for a swim in his swimming pool. Then it's
back to sun tanning. Owning pets is good for the soul.
