This
is Beatrice at about six weeks old. She's now a little bigger but
just as cute. Since she was our first rat I didn't know what to expect
when we got her. But it took only a few hours for me to fall completely
in love! She's adorable when she nibbles out the insides of green peas,
cuddles up in my sweater pocket (which she's now getting too big to do!)
or settles down on my shoulder to get a good view of the world. Now we
have a new kitten and Beatrice loves to tease her. She'll hide inside my
shirt and then pop out when the kitten least expects it. It amazes me
how smart she is. We love her very much!
