I
got Petey as a Valentine's Day gift in 1995, when he was still a
featherless baby, but old enough to be taken away from his mother.
Petey is the most affectionate pet and gets exited every time he sees
me. Petey also knows the sound of my car pulling in the driveway as I
can hear him carrying-on inside the house as soon as I get out of the
car. He is most content to sit on my shoulder and loves to share
anything I eat. Petey will often bow his head down, a sign for
me to scratch the back of his head for him. Patty is new to our home
(we took her in because she was homeless). Patty rooms with Petey and
just seems to tolerate him. Patty often spend time clucking like a
chicken.
