Mancha goats look like we chop off their ears as soon as they are
born. Wrong! They come out of their mother this way. Yes, goats have
horns but, because Justa grazes in a field with lots of trees and
fences, her horns were removed. The time I found her laying on the
ground, her mother just gave birth. She was so small only "Just
a Doll" fits her looks and personality. Goats are smarter than
dogs, cats, rats but not pigs. She has won blue ribbons along with
her other sisters and mother. In the picture, you will see her in her
"Dress Whites" waiting for judging. A reserve champion in
1997! When all else fails, she is there with her big nose ready for
my kiss! No matter what kind of a day I am having, she is always
ready to play and romp around my legs.
