Tazz
is a dark-eyed white ferret that I got at a pet store when she
was eleven weeks old. She was kinda of mean at first because she
wasn't handled much at the pet store, but as the last few months have
gone by, with me handling her a lot and letting her out to play, she
has really turned into a really great pet - but she only has this
bond with me and I guess that is what makes her special to me.
Tazz is one of two ferrets I own, I also have a male sable ferret
that is one week younger than Tazz. These two ferrets are my second
ferrets, I owned a albino male that we had rescued from running down
a busy street, we owned him for about three years until he died
earlier this year, that is when we got two new babies. Tazz doesn't
know any tricks except to bite, but most of the time it is just
playful. They do love to keep me up all night throwing everything in
the cage around. I am also glad that Tazz isn't being mean anymore,
it took a lot of patience and a lot of getting bitten, but she loves
me now. The picture of Tazz is one that I was taking of the ferrets,
I thought it would be cute to put her in the vase and take a picture,
especially because ferrets don't like to hold still long enough for
you to take a picture of them.
