This
is my pet, Dandy. Dandy is an African Grey Parrot and we think it
is a male (you can never be sure at his age). He is a just over one year
old and lives with Jan, Hilke and Sophia van der Nent in Winterswijk,
the Netherlands. Dandy is a wonderful wonderful that brings a lot of joy
and love in our lives. We got him when he was just five weeks old and we
had to handfeed him during the day and give him a hot-water-bottle at
night. Now he is still a baby, but at least he can eat and fly all by
himself! Since the day we got him, we have kept an online diary with all
