This
is my wonderful bunny Bump. I thought he looked like he should
be the Easter Bunny, so I took this picture and made it into Easter
cards several years ago. Bump really loved one of my cats... he used
to follow him around and try to "snuggle" with him. When it
was bed time all I had to do was shake his little box of raisins and
he would come running for that yummy treat! He was a rescued bunny,
and a card-carrying member of the House Rabbit Society. Every year we
went to Bunnyfest in a local park and walked (on his leash, of
course) around meeting other bunnies.
It has been nine months since Bump left us for bunny heaven... but
the thoughts of Easter really brought him back into our minds. So
don't laugh if I expected to wake up that day to a special delivery
from him where ever he is...
