Petunia, the Pet of the Day
Name: Petunia
Age: Eight months old
Gender: Female
Kind: Mini-Lop Rabbit
Home: Ashburn, Virginia, USA
Petunia is very playful and loves to get in trouble and play with her ball. Her trouble-making schemes include going under the bed with the family cat, eating cords, and destroying the vents. She loves her ball so dearly and plays with it every time she gets a chance. I wouldn't say this rabbit is deprived of food. She eats non-stop and especially loves her morning toast and her bedtime (there really isn't a bedtime for her) snack which is her "greens." Sometimes, Petunia seems to get extremely "hyper." She runs what we call an Indy 500 in which she runs non-stop around and under the beds. Also when she's hyper she enjoys thoroughly to tear and eat stuff (especially us....yum yum :). Her favorite petting spot is when you scratch her nose and head and starts to gradually "melt" to the ground. Besides her naughty tactics and her "nibbling," Petunia is a sweet bunny who loves to lick and snuggle.
