This
is Loupe, my nine-month-old sun conure. She likes to dance and
eat. She is the little pig of the family :®) oink! oink! Her favorite
fruits/veggies are bananas, apples, chili peppers and peanuts. The way
you pronounce her name is LOU-pay. I got her name from the movie
Paulie (if you haven't seen the movie, I recommend you see it!) The
way you start making her dance is just by singing, la la la laaaa!!
And voila! She starts bouncing her head up and down! She is
adorable !! She also likes to give you kisses and is learning to
giggle a little. She can't speak yet though... but I hope she will in
the future. She gets out of her cage all by herself and hides in the
couch. I got her in August of '98. She was born in June. I hand fed
her ever since she was eight weeks old. When she was younger, I used
to throw her up in the air and she'd fly around and head for the
closest person, which was always my sister because I always did it in
her room.
