Jaden
was a gift for my husband for his birthday last year. He had
always wanted a parrot. We decided a conure was about as much parrot
as we could handle! Jaden is a lovely little bird. She doesn't talk,
but she does chirp, screech, and mimic noises. She also let's you
know when she doesn't like the CD you're playing!
Jaden enjoys being held by her daddy, and will play
"peek-a-boo" with him, as he hides her under his shirt. She
loves to swing on her bird swing, chew on soft wood sticks, and go
outside when the weather is nice. Her favorite things to eat (besides
the usual bird seed, millet, and pellets) are Apple Jacks, Honey
Comb, and Cheerios cereals. She is fun and entertaining to watch, and
we're very glad she's a part of our family!
