As
soon as we saw Kiwi we fell in love with him and he became
attached to us right away as well. From the first moment he started
to cuddle and then decided to show us what he could do. He is a never
ending source of energy, swinging from anything he can get his beak
on - usually upside down, rolling over so we can scratch his tummy,
singing, or leaping off his cage and running to the door asking if we
will take him outside. His favourite is to go for rides in the car
where he happily sits and looks out the window at everything that we
pass. He loves going to pet stores (he sits on the shopping cart)
where he 'talks' to the other birds he sees and then heads over to
the toy section to pick out something. The last time he saw something
he liked he reached into my shirt pocket and pulled out my credit
card! Quite a little character and always our Pet of the Day!
