This
is Calliope, our female Ball Python. She is four years old. We
do educational programs on reptiles at schools, libraries, etc., and
she is one of our stars. She is very calm and gentle, letting
hundreds of kids pet her and hold her. We hope she is helping teach
people not to be afraid of snakes. My Sheltie dog is scarier (and
he's just a chicken!)
