Inca
is special because she can call me by my name when she wants me!
Inca is a show off. As soon as a friend comes over she clicks into
actress mode and starts to swing from chains, call out "Up
up?" and "Hi! Hello!" She likes to tempt people she
doesn't know into coming over to pick her up by saying,
"Up?" but then acts like she's going to bite them when they
reach out. She's a tease. She also knows how to say "You're
such a good girl" but is very lazy--she knows she'll get her way
just by starting "You're such..." in the right tone--and
she knows I'll finish the phrase for her.
She loves the bells and whistles on the computer. Whenever a sound
effect goes off on the computer she'll imitate it. She loves the
boat horn sound on icq. She also imitates crows and blue jays
perfectly. She is now learning to sing along with the children's song
"I Had a Rooster." She's learned to imitate the animal
sounds (well, she's still learning, but she's got the duck and the
pig down pretty well!). She definitely loves to sing and will join
in with any female singers (especially Celtic songs!). It's pretty
funny when she tries to join in and belt out the tune! Her favorite
game is stealing my pens or taking a toy from my hand and
unceremoniously tossing it to the floor, then waiting for me to pick
it up and give it back to her. Brat!
