My
chinchilla, Ike, was born on November 1, 1997. He is a cross
between a black velvet and an ebony. He is the most adorable thing I
have ever seen! He is now cage mate to
Molly
(co-pet of the day on December 8, 1997). I think he should be the
Pet of the Day just because he is so cute and cuddly. He already
has learned what a raisin is, and how to get me to give him one!
Since I got Ike last January, he has grown into quite a man. On July
18th he became a father of a beautiful silver colored girl. During
the time Molly was raising the baby, I separated Ike from them. In
that time, he grew into the biggest sweetheart!! He is currently the
most lovable chin that I own. And, his fur is the softest I have
ever felt. I am not sure if you can tell from the picture, but his
fur is jet black. Ike is by far one of the most gorgeous chins I have
ever seen.
