Sadie
is not crippled, she has not saved a life, we did not find her
abandoned, nor did we buy her from a shelter or a pound. There is no
trace of devastation on her young face, and she hasn't had a tragic
past. There is nothing especially sad about her. That is why I am
nominating her. Most awards are given to the most unique, the one with
the hardest life, or the one who performs the best trick. My Sadie is a
normal dog, maybe a bit small for a her age, but that doesn't matter
because she is special to me.
She works hard in her obedience classes and is kind to all she meets.
Though she may act tough at times, inside she is a very gentle and timid
dog. We're thinking of putting her in an obedience show for her
achievement. She is a wonderful family dog, and we are glad to have such
an addition in our family.
