This
is my dog Fred. I got him at the pound when he was four months old, and
he has been a great pet. I remember the reason I got him was because he
would come to you when you whistled and I thought that that was so cool. He
did not have the best heath, he had bad allergies that made his skin break
out but with medication he was fine. But about two weeks ago Fred was
diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer and yesterday he was put to
sleep because the cancer attacked his spine and he couldn't move. He was
only five years old. He was one cool dog though, he use to howl with me on
the couch for no reason, I would start and then he would join in with this
deep hound dog howl. It was funny. I'll miss Fred, but I do believe that
he is in a better place right now and that I will see him again someday.
