Iggy
is my very spoiled green iguana that I have had since she was
only a few weeks old. She will eat almost anything that is green and
leafy and I can get her to eat other things only if I shred them, if
I don't she will push them aside. Iggy likes to amuse herself by
running back and forth between the patio door and the vertical blinds
because she likes the noise. She also does it if I am taking a nap or
we have company and she thinks she is not getting enough attention.
Christmas is one of her favorite times of the year because she loves
to sit in the Christmas tree. I have to get an artificial tree
because evergreens are one of the plants that are toxic to iguanas.
In this photo she was telling Santa that she has been a very good
girl this year and she would like to have a leather jacket.
