Beanie,
who got her name from jumping around like a Mexican
Jumping Bean, is one of the gentlest animals I have ever owned. She
lets me dress her up, as I do for each holiday, and she will just
sit there with a look on her face saying, "are all humans this
strange?" She sits patiently because she knows there are treats
following this strange ritual. She loves to eat at her dining room
table and sleep in her canopy bed. She wheeeeeeeps when I come home
and purrs gently when held. Beanie was my first guinea pig and then
along came Baxter and well now I have a family of six. Who knows,
maybe there will be more pictures to come.
