Basically
- just look at that face!!! I found her through an animal
rescue and I am just amazed that someone could give her up. Their loss, my gain.
As a friend of mine says - that is a dog in need of a spanking!!!
Having only had Sierra for a short while we are still adapting to
each other's personalities but from day one I knew I made the right
decision in adopting her. She craves attention and seriously, with a
face like that how could you resist??? Her favorite pastime is
chasing my cat Suki all around the house and of course Suki is
wondering how long we are going to be baby sitting this other
four-legged creature but truth be told, I think she likes the
company.
Sierra is the quietest dog I have ever seen (heard) - she
never barks unless she is playing with Suki or for some reason while
I am blow-drying my hair, I have yet to figure that one out. I think
the best thing about our new addition is that we needed her as much
as she needed us. The excitement she has when I get home is enough to
make my day better, no matter what may have happened.
She is bigger now - medium sized (I think we have reached the maximum size -
or at least I hope so!) and I am sure Suki would agree!! Suki has not quite
accepted the fact that Sierra is her sister but she is now eating her (Sierra's)
food probably in hopes that once it runs out - the doggy is gone!
