Ginger
is a special dog because she's our roof dog. One day when she was a
puppy, some people she didn't know pulled into our driveway, which is
directly under the garage roof. On her own, and probably out of curiosity,
Ginger jumped from the back deck onto the roof, and walked to the edge,
proceeding to bark at our visitors. Since then, we have gotten phone calls
from worried bus drivers who see her up there and think she's stuck, and
even from neighbors who probably think we put her up there as punishment or
something. Going up there has become a habit of hers, and now we can't stop
her from going up there whenever there is a person or people walking down
our driveway or on the street!!!
