We
got Baileys when she was 5 weeks old. My wife and I were at an
animal shelter and Baileys with her antics got my wife's attention.
Against my better judgement, we brought her home.
She was unable to eat her food properly for the first little while
because all she did was suckle her food. (That made her face dirty
all the time.) Baileys has since matured into the most interesting
cat I've ever run across. She displays an intelligence that is
seldom seen in cats. She is also very vocal and at times it is like
she is trying to have a conversation with you.
Her most annoying quirk is when I'm having my morning coffee. Baileys
will dip her paw into my cup and lick the coffee off her paws. If
left alone, she will stick her face in the mug and drink eagerly.
