My kitty, Tabitha, everyday come to me and meows loudly untill I pick her up. If I start to pet her, she drools. Like puddles of it. It's really weird and annoying. Anyone know why?

Some kitties just purr, others purr and drool! You have a drooler!
For her, it's a happy thing. If it is really excessive, you might want to have the vet check her teeth next time she has a checkup. Otherwise, use small towels or flannel cloths and pretend you are 'burping your baby'!
Bubba and Mobius drool sometimes. Just get a spit towel.

My Andy is a drooler. I have learned to make sure I have something in my lap if we are going to have a cuddling session. I have thought about putting a bib on him.
Your girl is just giving another type of cat loving!! But I agree with the post that suggests to get her teeth checked out. Have you ever noticed that when she eats food may fall out of her mouth or difficulty when chewing? Hope she drools because she LOVES you lots!!

Cat's are, mainly, solitary animals...although there is a great deal more socialising than most people realise! The first and strongest physical bond they have is with their mother. All the padding cats do when happy, the sucking and licking of clothes, fingers or comfort blankets and the drooling that some cats display are all linked to the physical comfort of being with mum. Most of the contact with Mum, in the early days, is to do with food - the padding is to stimulate Mum to let down milk, the sucking is to obtain food and the drooling is a conditioned response to the comfort and physical sensations that used to mean that food was on the way. This doesn't mean your cat is in any way dissapointed that food does not appear when you cuddle him. It means that cuddling up with you is as good for him as cuddling up with his mum when he was little and his body reacts in the same way. He feels safe, nurtured, relaxed and loved - can't be bad, really, can it?
Well, It's nice to know that's she's happy!

I hate to be the only one to sound a note of alarm - and it's probably not what's going on here - but when my cat Myrtille started drooling, it was because she had oral cancer. It was the beginning of the end for her, my beloved one. I don't think that anything could have been done to help her by the time it was discovered, except to be with her, which we did. But - maybe just to be sure - you should have your cat's mouth checked??? Just to be sure? Sorry to be scary. I just wouldn't want you to find out later that something could have been done.
I have a drooler too, Kiwi is my 10 year old Maine Coon. She just purrs soooo hard and loud and drools, its adorable. What are you going to do..
Meeeooooowww.
