Soooo, I am a little slow?

Remember me posting about the problem I been having with some threads I tried to look at? Found here.... http://67.15.70.205/talk/showthread.php?t=93040

Well, DUH! Today it hit me... Do a System Restore!! I finally got to look at those threads once the restore was done. That use to be the first thing I did whenever I had a problem so how did I overlook that this time?

The restore took the System Mechanic 6 off my computer completely so I am wondering if that was what was knocking me off PT when I opened some threads????

It might have been, who knows? There's no way to tell now but all that matters is that the problem is gone, right??

I still highly recommend using another browser more secure than IE (heck even Avant is better than IE) so it doesn't happen again!

I am really thinking something that System Mechanic 6 "fixed" did it... I will have to check into some of those browsers mentioned. THANKS!

How do you do a system restore? A lot of internet sites close down on me like that.

To tell you the truth, I'm not completely sure.

Your best bet is to read this thread and this thread, get the programs and run them and get rid of any malware and viruses you may have on your comp first

Then if you haven't already, switch to a more secure browser! IE is so insecure!! It amazes me why people still use it Here is another thread with more info http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthre...3&goto=newpost

Pictures should be saved to CDR or DVDR, the hard drive is the least safe place to store valuable data.

Your files should be fine. Any programs you installed during that time frame will be gone though.
