Any tips on how to keep Duncan warm in the upcoming freezing weather? He has lots of hay and a ground sheet that I cover his hutch with - is there anything else I can do to keep him snug?

first off Duncan is SO cute!
Keep a lot of hay in with him, be sure to check it oftern to make sure it is dry. Cover all of the open sides of his pn with a insulated plastic. and if his hutch is big enough you can put either a warming pad or a heat light in there with him (JUst make sure that he can not get to any of the wires because bunnies like to chew)

I used to put a heat lamp outside the cage for mine.. Now Wee One is so old when fall starts arriving and we hit 40 I bring him in. At age 15 years you can be a tad spoiled.
