    Compliment swap is off

    Because people couldn't stick to the commitment they made

    Hopefully it willl work next time, after xmas.

    I'm sorry. I started to mention something to you when you were signing people up for it. I would have been interested but with the cards to make for Christmas, it would have been too much. How about doing one for the New Year?

    That's a wonderful idea, to send them off to the people anyway! Or you could save them? Unless you want to be really sweet and brighten up someone's day.
