    Wirehaired Hungarian Vizslas

Well itīs quite time ago when I came back from UK..I think I already posted some photo of wirehaired hungarian vizslas we met in one show...

I was wondering if anybody else has met wirehaired vizsla, and did you like them? Well I had never been really into wirehaired dogs - thatīs because I guess I have never really met some - well exept wirehaired doxies and spinone, but when I metmore and more those dogs in that show in UK I started to like them, especially wirehaired vizslas - what a great character and look here are some photos of the vizslas in that show:

Have you had any experience with any of those breeds - wirehaired vizsla, spinone, german wirehaired pointer..?

I would love to have some day that vizsla...

well sorry for pointless therade lol..I just wanted to share those photos and so on

Those are really nice pics! I've met one wirehaired Vizsla before and about 4 smooths. They're really nice dogs

They look so different from the usual sleekness of Viszlas, with their serious-looking whistered faces! What pretty dogs! And you never have to apologize for a post - any post with pictures is excuse enough around here!

I've never met a wire haired, but I've met and worked with plenty of smooths. They are absolutely the most goofy wonderful dogs. I must say you have to have a lot of patience, but they're really great.

There is long-haired too although they are extremely rare and I don't think they are standard, just a recessive gene that happens every once in a while. And the hair isn't really long, maybe just an inch long or so, but longer on the tail.

My friend used to have a hungrian wirehaired vizsla named Steller, but he got cancer when he was 7 and died.

I have heard of these before & I have seen them at Crufts. Also today there club had a seminar at work I work today. One came running towards me. They are very friendly dogs & always look really young no matter their age. Unless all I saw today were young ones. Does anyone think this?
