I'm at work now. I just came from the vet.
I brought Frankie in for his eye surgery and for his neuter.
I had to hold back the tears when I handed him to the vet tech...
I did let go and cry in the car.
I can't wait to see him tonight.

Oh, I know how hard that is. Ebony is going to be spayed next Tuesday. I'm already a nervous wreck about it. Frankie will be fine, you both are in my thoughts.
*edit* Great pictures! He is such a cutie.
Thank you Kay for the beautiful sig!

I'm sure he'll do just fine. Heck once he heals he'll be better than before with no sore eye & no hormones to drive him wild.
We're sending good thoughts to you both today!
Soar high & free my sweet fur angels. I love you Nanook & Raustyk... forever & ever.
Poor lil man...........mommy give him an extra hug from me, when he gets home tonight!!!!
Tyson I miss you
You will always be in my heart
Carmen, Pet Talk will be with you and Frankie through it all. Don't worry. I know how you feel. That cute little guy will be as good as new before you know it. Thoughts and prayers are with you both. Hugs and kisses to Beenie who must be missing her little brother
I've been Boo'd...
Thanks Barry!
Aw, Carmen, it's good to let it out like that. Everything will be fine, and, your pup will be 100% again very soon!

I understand, just dropping our babies off can be traumatic for us Mom's. I remember the first time I took my first dog just to get groomed, it is the leaving them that is tough. Frankie will be hopping around and getting into things again in no time. Hugs to you.
you will be reunited soon... get well soon Frankie!
thanks k9krazee for the signature!
Carmen, we're all thinking about him and you today. You'll see, he'll do great.
(((hugs)))
It's just us being Mom's and worrying about our kids. Frankie will be fine and will be happy to see you when you pick him up.

Frankie will be fine. I'm sure everyone at the Vet's office will fall in love with him and treat him like a prince. He'll get extra special attention. You can always call in the afternoon just to ask how he's doing. Maybe that'll make you feel a little better until tonight.
Take care.
(((( hugs)))) Frankie's in good hands, and we're all sending out prayers for safe surgery. He'll feel so much better after his eye is fixed! The thing about neutering is that their undersides can really look awful right after surgery, but it usually heals quickly. Good luck keeping him quiet and inactive for a few days-- he looks like a pretty bouncy little fellow!
I thought he wouldn't have to have the eye surgery after all. I know how hard it is to leave them at the vet. The day will be over with before you know it. I'm sure the vet will do a great job.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
I miss you
I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.
Fur as dark as the night.
Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

HEY! The vet just called. The surgery is done and went well.
I can go get him around 4.30 this afternoon.
He will have to wear a cone for 10 days for his eye.
Neuter stiches will come out in 10 days.
Oh What a relief. Can't wait to hug him.
Thanks everyone for your support!
