Pam... LOL LOL He always has that shocked buy-eyed look about him, which makes him so funny! Maybe his momma was 'doin' nip' while she was pregnant and this is the result!!??!! A lot of people comment on his 'unique' look. My sister even asked me if he ever blinked! LOL LOL
