Ritz has never taken a notion to "fetch".....until recently.


We now play a daily game of 'get the mousie'....I throw the little fake mousy, she retrieves and brings it back....did not train her to do this, it just sort of happened....and it is way too fun!

They are so cute!! Ernie, was a brave boy, getting that mousie so it would hurt your dad!!

Noah and Noel fetch too, they prefer to play this with the fur-covered mice toys. They too played this on their own, amazing....gives a lot of meaning to the rumor that "Cats rule, dogs drool"! hee hee (Don't get me wrong, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE dogs, but being a new cat owner, the intellectual differences are amazing to me.)

My cat Mittens has played fetch all her life and I did not teach it to her either. She has this teddy bear that is all licked to nothing, she doesn't care though, it's her"baby."
