    We are homeowners!

Hello everyone! I am sorry I haven't been on here in the last few weeks - we have been so busy. First of all, I am now a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, after taking and passing 2 tests in 2 weeks! Talk about crazy studying! I was also working my new job as a help desk/technical support person at the same time so it's been nuts. The other great news is that as of yesterday, my husband and I are homeowners! From now on, we'll be busy trying to move into and improve upon our great new house! It's getting recarpeted right now, as I type this.

We're super excited - we'll be moving in (for the most part) next weekend. Hopefully our 4 cats will just love it - 2.5 stories for them to play on. 2 staircases instead of 1! They'll certainly get their exercise after they get used to their new surroundings.

I just wanted to get on here and update you and post a few pics of our sweeties that I meant to post long ago. Here are a couple, and there will be more to follow in a few more posts.

First, some pics of my girls snuggling together:

    More to come...

I loved all the pictures of your sweet adorable kitties.

Thanks everybody! I love coming here - it's such a fun, supportive group. I really am happy that we bought our house - now it's just lots of stuff to do to make it our own, and improve upon some things. Certain things just weren't done to our standards, if that makes sense - people sometimes do things in a backward/halfway type of way that just doesn't work as well or look as good. The improvements are small in comparison to some of the houses we could've bought, and we also will do things little by little, just as we will with buying furniture, etc.

Thanks for the compliments on my cats. We love them so dearly! I had a lot of Claudia b/c I was lacking quality pictures of her before. She really is a sweetie, but so are the rest of them.

Thanks to krazyaboutkatz for the cute avatar and wolf_Q for the cute siggy!

Rest in Peace, sweet Leo. You are sorely missed!
