MSN and Keyboard help....

I pressed something by accident on the keyboard or in messenger and now some of the buttons are messed up..... instead of the question mark I get É but this is only happening when I'm typing in MSN messenger. Does anyone know what I've done? (See the question mark works here......)

I wish i could help you out. but i havent a clue how you did that.

i also have a keyboard issue.
when ever i press my Shift key 5 times in a row really fast,, it pops up this thing that you see in my attchment.

and its really annoying when im playing a video game. i use the shift to get my character to run,, or to run faster. next thing i know my game screen disspears,, and it pops back to my desktop with that stupid message.
