It's finally happened- just inevitable I suppose

Carole has convinced me to get another pup. (it was those puppy pics I swear ). So I have suggested a puppy rescue pup, which shes has heartily agreed to. She basically wants a lap puppy, some cute bundle of fur that will happily sit in her lap and receive copious amounts of cuddles. So obviously a smaller dog. I'm hoping to be able to choose one over the net and then go and pick-up. Reason being is that Carole would be heart broken walking into a shelter, seeing all the pups and not being able to bring them all home. So the search has begun, I would imagine we will have another furry kid at home within a few weeks. I'm hoping for a puppy, but any poor soul needing a good home will do.

This is the pup we are hopefully getting. I e-mailed the rescuer and she seems to think that this pup would be perefect for us. Her name is Possum, and I think she is 12 weeks old. I hope it comes to pass, I'm starting to get excited now. See what you guys made me go and do.

Just talked to the carer from pet rescue. We are going over to have a look at Possum on Wednesday night

Aww congratulations . Is the pup from Cordelia's rescue? What a little cutie. The name Possum sounds familar , i may hvae seen her on DOLs.

I guess if this one doesn't work out for some reason, then we will certainly look at cordelia's, escpecially since she's just down the road from us. But Jess from pet rescue pm'd me on DOL with the details about Possum and she seems like exactly what we are after. Who could resist that face? (all we would have to do is put her in Carole's lap and it will be a done deal )
