Grandkids are Coming for Visit (Skin and fur)

The best news ever for a Grandma! Christy is coming home while Brian is going to Recruiting School in South Carolina! And she is not only bringing my beautiful Grand Daughter Jasmine but her other 3 kids, Dakota, Destiny, and Sierra. Yes, there will be NINE dogs and a baby at my house for about 6 weeks! Woohoo!

I have already annouced this under 2005 Pet Talk Gatherings at Findlay Dog Park under meetings so anyone who wants to meet my other set of granddogs need to start suggesting dates.

Carl is flying out on February 25 to drive them home. It should be an interesting trip with the 3 dogs and baby. Especially since they will have to stay overnight in a motel. But Grandma can't wait - 2 weeks from tonight I should have my hands on that baby-cakes of mine!

And it will be the first time all TWELVE dogs in our families will have met! Some of mine have gone to Texas to see hers but Jack and Oreo have never met hers. And none of Amy's has met hers. So it will be a big family dog reunion

Already meeting Jasmine, I soooo soooo soo want to meet the granddogs!!


I *think* Amy was going to drive down here sometime this year, and then we were going to drive to Ohio sometime, but I'm not sure when! Hopefully Christy and the kids will be there! If not, i'll definetly have to get my dad to drive me up!


What fun you'll be having.. you'll definetly have to take tons of pictures to share, if you even have time!!

Kay- I have to tell you, we were thinking of you when we decided to announce Christy is coming home.

My parents were here for dinner last night, and we were talking about it. My mom and I were thinking of wating until Christy was on her way home, but Ralph said we should say something earlier, in case someone wanted to plan on coming from further away. My mom said he was right, Kay would want to come and she would need some time to talk her dad into driving her up!!

Yes, Kay, we can't imagine these dogs coming home and you now coming to see them. You will have to try to get your dad to bring you up for sure!
