she is a chinchilla. i has just changed her cage the night before, they love to make a mess of everything!! so yea it is a mess, just the way she likes it!!

If you have a ferret, you know that their cages don't stay perfectly clean. RIGHT after I clean my boy's cage, they just go and make it allllll messy again. Play in the litter, their food, lets face it...they aren't Martha Stewert.

Great pictures, thanks for sharing!

It's funny, Miss Hoppy is VERY particular about what goes where, but she's very neat about it. I just apparently do not properly place and distribute hay when I clean her cage/litterbox. She always needs to go in there and rearrange as soon as I'm done. But in her case, I'm the messy one, She "neatens up" - not the other way around!
