    Not too scary

I'm having my boyfriends sister over for the night and since its close to halloween I wanna get into the scary season by renting a couple scary movies she's 11 and I don't want a movie that will terrorize her just one that will excite us for Halloween... Any ideas??? I was thinking older ones might not be as scary, but I dunno any ideas??

I would get an older movie. I'm not a scary movie watcher, so I can't recommend anything in particular. Last night, my husband and 7 year old son were watching a "scary" movie. It was an old movie, so the special effects were so cheesy that it wasn't scary.

    Thank you Wolfie!

    Some real oldies are:

Abbott & Costello Meet The Mummy
    ABbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein
Dracula (the original wuth Bela Lugosi)
    House of Wax

Here's a list of more oldies:

There are also some Vampire movies from the 60's that would be good.

    And my all time favorite:
    Frankenweenie! (stars a Bull Terrier)

Well, if she is allowed to watch p.g13 than get Scary Movie 3. It's got some scary parts, but it is more funny. WARNING:There is some bad language.
