Okay, i REALLY want to get a cockatiel, especially one like popcorn
so, is there anything that i REALLY need to know about them? i'd like to know the following things:
#1 How much noise do they make (important!) lol
#2 How much attention do they require?
#3 How Much Do they Cost?
#4 How Much does their cage cost?
Well, those are my 3 main ones, any other help would be appreciated, too
