    Your NEXT dog!

What is the next dog you want to, or planning on buying/adopting? You can show pics if you want to!

    I would want a-

    Name-Max
    Breed-German sheperd
    Gender-Male
    Colors-Normal (Brown & Black)
    Age-young

    Heres a pic-

I still haven't totally decided but I'm leaning towards a Border Collie or a Pittie (rescue, of course). I know I'll get them in the future.. just don't know which one first lol. After that, there will be plenty of mutts.

I know that they will be older dogs. They have less chances of being adopted. I'm even thinking about retired police dogs. I think that would be neat. Who knows? Hopefully, I won't have to address that for quite a while yet.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

    I haven't decided either.
When the time does come and I am dogless,
I am debating about another female Akita,
Belgium Mal. or a mix breed again.

I have a way to go before I have to really think about it.

Probably another Collie [Smooth or Rough Blue Merle], and when I can find a good Golden Retriever breeder that I'm happy with, I'll get another Golden pup. Of course, this won't happy for many, many years.

Probably another boxer. I want a fawn boxer with a black mask or maybe a flashy fawn. I'd perfer get a male next time but I will adopt any one that needs a home.

My next dog... will probably be a mutt from the shelter.I give up on saying I want a shepard/collie mix as I went there twice and came back with something else.

I want a big dog, I love labs, rottweilers, and pit bulls. I love chows too, but all that hair might just drive me nuts. I'll take what comes my way, it probably won't be any of the above.
Justin and I got Bitsy from a breeder as our wedding present to each other, we both wanted a dog, and more than anything I wanted a pom. The rest just came to us- we decided we wanted a second dog and Charlie came to us via a woman who was getting a divorce and couldn't keep him. I would have never seen myself having a chihuahua, but when Buster was offered to us from an abusive home we took him. And Pugs, one of my least favorite breeds, "I will NEVER have a pug", or so I thought until along came Nacey and stole my heart. I know my next dog will come the same way- it'll just come.

Siberian husky, female. From a rescue group or shelter. There's many I've fallen in love with on petfinder, but I can't adopt another dog until I move out.

    I'd love a beagle/basset hound mix.
