I am going to start assembling the quilts so if you haven't sent a square and plan to please e-mail or Pm me to let me know to leave a space open. If I don't hear by tuesday I will complete them and start sending them out.

We are making 2 freindship baby quilts for Stenograus and cataholic. The squares are to be 12"x12" any thing you want (cotton fabric prefered ) with your name or user Id on it. If you do decide to do this please let me know it as then I can save space.

If you are going to do it, decide now, and send the square out as soon as possible. Corinna has been extremely generous in her offer, and has dealt with people changing the deadline several times already. Let's not try her patience! W want her to be able to finish the quilts while Hannah Rose and Jonah are still babies!!!!

You just need to decorate a 12-inch square piece of fabric for one or the other quilts, and mail it to Corinna. I did mine with fabric markers, for example.

Most of the squares have come in on great solid colors and done with markers or fabric markers. My deadline for letting me know will remain Tuesday but if you let me know now I will save a spot for your square. Thanks to all who have done thiers and sent them. I will take photos and post them.

OH WHAT A GREAT IDEA!!!!
Have you done this in the past for other people as well?
I love quilts & hadn't thought of doing that before.
Is this a normal, crafty thing that happens every so often?

As far as I know its a first for human babies and the 1st and only time I will do it. I know in the past a blanket thing was done for shelters. But being such "old timers " and my slef being one I volunteered to make the 2 . If you are going to send squares pplease let me know and try to have it mailed by friday. that is the absoule deadline. I wanted to have them done before the babies came but some one just couldn't wait. In a hurry Hannah Rose.
