    Frankie, you are so beautiful!!

I'm very partial to black dogs as it is and I think you are so sophisticated looking! What a great example you are setting in your neighborhood as a wonderful friendly "pit bull"

Frankie, your owner gave v,. good advice that people should watch out for strays on the highway. We once rescued a puppy that was seen being thrown from a car on a busy highway. She became our much-loved pet & lived until she was 22 years old. So Frankie, I'm sure you'll have a long & wonderful life in your loving home, too.
You sure are a very handsome Dog of the Day. Congratulations!

Yep, 22 yrs sure was a long life for a dog. On an Oz dog list, people listed old dogs they'd directly known (not just heard about). The oldest was a poodle that lived until 24 yrs. But somebody found a pic of a little dog, still living, who was a permanent resident of a US dog shelter...aged 27 yrs.
Frankie looks so healthy & spunky, I'm sure he'll have a long life, too.
