I received a parcel today from PJ's Mom and the tins of cat and dog food were removed by customs.
The guidelines for sending parcels to Australia are:
NO:
- uncanned or packaged products containing any meat (that includes cat and dog treats, and dry or wet food)
- real feathers
- catnip
- dried flowers
- rawhide
- bark, straw, plants
- tea containing fruit extracts
- dairy products or anything with more than 10% dairy content
That pretty much excludes any pet food treats
Just wanted to let you know so your parcels aren't ripped open and messed with
I'm sure we can stock up with treats from here, so when we get our boxes, we can sneak some treaties in so the furries won't notice ...
