    Dress up!

Now I know some of you may think this cruel but Lainy just eats this stuff up. This was taken a few months ago. It was pretty cute because she would just slump on the floor and not move. I've put her in a dress before...I'll try and find that pic. This kitty loves any attention she can get so she got the "baby treatment". It was only momentairly and none of the other cats saw her this way

I'm not sure how to post more than one pic on a single post so here's another of Lain in her get-up. Poor thing. Look at the humiliation!

RB Ernie grew up with my daughter since she was 2 years old! He went through dresses and baby bonnets, stroller rides, etc. He never seemed to mind At Christmas, I attempted some little antlers on my three huh-uh - they weren't having any!

    FOUND IT!

Here's the one of her in the dress....this was taken about a month after I got her. She's so pretty but she was picture purrfect as a kitten... Mom thought she looked like a calendar kitty. How could someone dump off such a pretty kitten??? Must say, I'm glad they did!

    He he he he!!

I used to do this with our cat when I was little - don't let on he was a HE! I dressed him in my dolls dresses and bonnets and took him a walk up the road in my little dolls pram!! He adored it - just lay back and looked like some sort of sultan! I wish someone had thought of a photo - but back then - in the dark ages - camera's were only for VERY special occassions!

    Wonderful pics of Lainy

Lainy you are such a good baby to tolerate being dressed up. I tried to put elastic collars on my crew along with reindeer eyes for the holidays and I was lucky to walk away with my hands in tact.

Lainy is stunning - and such a good sport.

This is a photo of Mishka in "his" red vest.
The vest is actually of of those wine bottle wraps and I happen to catch him tangled in it - I still can't belive I had the camera right there and that he was such a good boy to pose!
There has been no dress-up attempts since then...I have a hard enough time trimming his claws (and the scars to prove it!)
