I need a movie resizer for Win 98!!

My camera takes excellent movies, but every few seconds takes up about a MB. I know that Windows Movie Maker is the easiest way to do it, but I can't download or run that because I'm stuck in the stone ages with windows 98. Any ideas? I just want to be able to change the file size....

*sigh* ok, looks like I'm going to have to spend my first paycheck from my new job (yay!) on upgrading to Win XP. Is it complicated? I have a healthy bit of computer knowledge thanks to my Dad, so it shouldn't be a problem, but I'm just curious! It only costs $98 for the upgrade package to XP Home edition, and we don't pay tax here at the BX, so it's not too bad By the way, my paycheck is deposited this coming Friday, so I might go buy Windows XP friday afternoon!!
